2025 Cookie Box

Wrapping up 2025 felt extra sweet this year, and it shows in this year’s cookie box selection. I had to include my family’s traditional amaretti (a non-negotiable in every Italian household during the holidays), but I also wanted to lean into flavours I’m personally obsessed with.

Chocolate mint was the one I was unreasonably excited about, and the salty–sweet peanut butter cookie hit every craving at once. Then there are my classic chocolate chip cookies — I keep emergency dough balls in the freezer at all times, because real estate life can be a bit wild. And since I can never resist trying something new, I gave the NYT’s Coconut Cake Snowballs a whirl this year. Spoiler: they’re dangerously good.
